Use Storyboard or programming?
I want to make a universal app with TabBar Controller, and Navigation Controller in every tab of iPhone, and SplitView Controller in iPad, I want to know which one is easy to do? Storyboard or do it in programming?

I'm pretty sure you'll find storyboards will work well for that.
