I didn't see anything like this on here so I figured let's start a thread where you can show off what you do for a living.

Currently my full time job is being a political science major with a focus in international politics as well as a cadet in the Army ROTC program at University of Iowa:

I am currently a PhD student in mathematics, and I work as a graduate teaching assistant/research assistant to pay the bills. Here is a picture of my desk before I became an Apple fanboy:

It is nicely housed in a office I share with 6 other graduate assistants. Overall, I love my job. When I have some time I'll take a picture of my updated office setup with my Apple toys. :D

Bless ya man. I spent only two years with the Army, but got medically discharged -so the most I can do now is Search and Rescue and Recon with the Air Force Auxiliary.

Besides that, I am also the Outdoor Activities Coordinator for a youth camp in Schroon Lake, NY, the Adirondacks. Absolutely beautiful here.

Heh, I'm almost serious. I work for an Apple Specialist, and started my own company on the side, The Bearded Nerd, as an Apple Consultant. So, reading MacRumors daily (hourly?) is actually a helpful task to keep up on my job. At least that's what I tell myself...

this next unit I am going to is search and rescue, and I will be the demo expert but really I am just happy for a change of pace and something new. It's in belvoir Virginia right next to dc and the pentagon, and the unit stood up after 9-11.... Sounds pretty high speed to me and will look amazing on my resume

Nice man, it will be a lot of fun no doubt, and something you can take to the civilian world if you decide to get out. :)
