all of a sudden bootcamp restrictions

I installed bootcamp last night. No problems came up with the process. Then this morning while working on the windows side. I notice I have hd restrictions on my usb drive plugged into my air. I can't add folders or delete anything. any ideas what I did?

If the USB Drive is formatted as a Mac filesystem you won't be able to write to it from the Windows side.

If it's formatted for OSX, you won't even see it in windows..
