Mobilkom Carrier Bundle

I am trying to enable the personal hotspot on my iPad.

My carrier (A1/Mobilkom) hasn't yet provided the correct carrier bundle update. AFAIK I need a type-mask 48 but it only contains type-mask 1.

My iPhone (also A1/Mobilkom) supports the hotspot. So from what I read it should be possible to use the iPhone carrier bundle on the iPad without jailbreaking - is this correct?

How can I get the mobilkom_at bundle from my iPhone iOS 5.1 (it's not jailbroken)? Could someone post it? I can't find it on Apple's servers.

Thanks.
