I got the latest version of the Ipod Touch and just got the new Ipad.
When I download an app on the Ipod Touch, it shows up on the Ipad and vica versa. Is there anyway to stop this? I dont want the same apps on both.

Every App purchase is linked to your iTunes account. Every new app you purchase on one device will automatically be delivered to every other device attached to the same account (assuming it's compatible) the next time both devices are synced with iTunes. Starting with iOS 5, apps can also be automatically pushed to each device attached to an iTunes account using a feature called "Automatic Downloads".

You can configure iTunes to allow you to to manually manage which Apps should be synced to which devices.

You can also configure Automatic Downloads to disable automatically pushing all new Apps to every device.
