Just heard Peter Oppenheimer (hope thats how you spell it) Apple's CFO, talk about mountain lion, he said it would be available late summer. hints about new iMacs, MacBooks??

Apple doesn't provide hints about upcoming Mac models. All you can find are rumors.

What i was pointing out was "late summer" late could mean an addition couple months.

"late" vs. no "late" is irrelevant because as last year's release of iMacs and then Lion shows, Apple doesn't let $30 OS upgrades dictate their hardware upgrade schedule.

That doesn't mean it can't happen together, just that there is no reason to expect it.
