Adding more Space to Bootcamp?

Is there a program where I can add more memory to my bootcamp?
I have 32GB on Windows7 and 100GB on MacOSx.
I'm using more Windows often and need more memory.
How do I do this without the need to reinstall everything?

Btw, "memory" is not the same as "hard drive capacity":

It is recommended, to have 10 to 20 % of the HDD's capacity unused.
