Fonts disable randomly (mostly when rebooting)
So long story short, my fonts are constantly being disabled. Mostly when the computer booted. Sometimes it happens randomly. I did a quick forum search but no dice. Maybe i just didn't look hard enough. Anyone else having this issue? To my recollection this issue happened after Lion. Anyone have and or had and solved this issue ? Got a solution? Thanks in advance.
To put a finer point on it, mostly system fonts. Last edited by Flood123; Apr 9, 2012 at 11:12 AM. |

There is a nice Apple support article titled Mac 101: Font Book. In the article, there is a section on how to validate problem fonts. This is your first step in troubleshooting your font issues.

Yeah checked out that page. It seems this problem is a tad deeper than the article covers. I'm sure I'll get it handled. It's just been a royal pain. Thanks anyways
I do appreciate the fact that someone decided help.
