New ranking rule of Appstore

Do you know the new ranking rule of Appstore? Recently, my app's ranking remains almost the same position as before, but the sales decreases sharply. I don't know why. I just guess it may be due to the new rule. Could anybody here give me the explanation of the new rule? Discussion is also appreciated. Thank you in advance.
