Stream live video to iphone (from computer)

I have a capture card on my computer and was wondering if I can stream the video coming in from my cable box to my computer to my iphone somehow over my wifi network.

any ideas?

thanks for the reply but i don't really want to get new hardware, was hoping there was software I could get to make this work.
