When buying from them, who is doing the upgrades? For example, if I want to up the RAM of a MBA to 8GB in the 2012 model, who is doing that? Is MacMall buying that spec'd MBA then selling it to me or is "someone" at MacMall doing this upgrade? I ask because I want to make sure no one is really messing under that hood that shouldn't be.
