Can't get back into match cause I am now over 25,000

I some how got logged out of iTunes match and now that I am over 25,000 (was below when I started) I can not log back in.

There seems to be no way to manage what is now in the cloud because I can not access it. I would like to delete some some songs but can't. I even removed songs from my library to get it below 25k but still no dice. I have the limit in the cloud.

I tried making a new iTunes library but that does not work.

How do I access the cloud stuff to delete songs without iTunes?

That is what I am trying to do, it scans the library, I get the over 25000 message and then nothing. No clouds next to my songs. Every time I run iTunes it does the something.
