Weird Option When Right Clicking

Just updated to Mountain Lion, and when I right click on things I get some pretty weird options (see screenshots).

I've tried restarting, but this hasn't solved the problem.
Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know a solution to it?

You see that on *anything* you right click on? Do you get it in other user accounts as well?

I have a feeling your best bet is to back up and reinstall.

By anything I mean all files/applications I right click on, and yes I get it on different user accounts as well.

I was afraid I'd have to do that, thanks for taking the time to help me though:)
