tried the standard fixes - automatic upload and facetime still don't work

My automatic upload buttons on the Iphone 4s wont stay toggled on. Ive tried signing out, changing the DNS and still it doesn,t work.

I don't know if it is related but facetime will also not work.

Having you tried restoring AS NEW (not from a backup)?
