Why is my Macbook Pro so HOT HOT HOT?!

There are many reasons why a logic board would need replacement other than a failed GPU, and you won't find a single case where a logic board had to be replaced due to temps of 63C... or 93C. Macs are designed to handle such temps without failing.

No, it's not. Millions of Mac notebooks are in use every day with no cooling problems whatsoever. If the cooling system was poor, it would be poor for all users, and there would be widespread complaints and product returns, likely followed by a recall. The few complaints you see in internet forums are from a tiny fraction of users who post when they have problems. Of those, many don't even have a problem; they simply don't understand how the cooling system works or what normal temps are, or they're not used to the higher temps that are normal for Mac notebooks.
Welcome to Apple's computers, it's looks over substances in most cases.
Apple would rather have something thin and pretty on the bottom than something that runs at an acceptable temperature or noise level.

When I ouch mt macbook pro underneath it is so hot that I cant leave hand on it a.d fans happily not spinning up just running on lowest they could not be arsed to go faster..
WTH on my acer fans spin ups on begining of boot laptop! And constantly balancing here mac is gonna burn up and fans just stpidly watching on lowest spin aahh god

Install iStat Pro to get accurate readings of your temps and fan speeds. Your sense of touch isn't an accurate indicator of your temps. It's quite normal for a Mac to become hot to the touch under load. If your fans aren't spinning faster, it's likely because your temps are normal and they don't need to. Your Mac is not the same computer as your Acer, so don't expect them to behave the same way. Your Mac will not burn up. It will shut down automatically if it ever truly overheated.
You are probably referring to the MBP with the nVidia 8600M GT. Those GPU's were faulty, nVidia released a statement on that. You will find very little people who had GPU failures on other models, and probably none where the reason was excessive heat.

I have my 2.66 i7 2010 MBP run about 15 hours a day rendering, CPU maxed out. The temperatures are stable at 90°C. It been doing this for over two years (bought April 2010) and no CPU failure, GPU failure what so ever. So when yours are at 70° calm down, all is good, it might be annoying but it wont cause any damage.
I took the bottom case off once, propped up the MBP, and the temps where at 75°C with maxed out CPU and fans at 5000rpm. The bottom case insulated heaps.

I'm starting to worry about my Macbook Pro (Late 2011). Everytime I use Handbrake or other CPU intensive software it can't use more than 75-80% of the CPU available and temperatures hoover at 90°C with fans at full 6200rpm.
I'm thinking this is thermal throttling because I know Handbrake will use 100% of the processor if available and tried it in other Macs and they do use the 100% of their processor. (Used and iMac and another Macbook Pro 4,1)
Temps do not go over 92° (highest ever seen) but so does CPU usage also doesn't go at max. Do you think this may be a poor thermal paste application?? My logic tells me something is wrong just with the fact it never uses 100% not even with a desktop cooler pad.
Will taking it to a Authorized Dealer (not an Apple Store, there are none in my country) void my warranty if the fix this? Whats the point of buying a monster laptop if it can't be used at its max??
Any help is deeply appreciated!!
