Not available OTA for me yet, but plugged in and downloading via iTunes works.

After reading this, I clicked "Check for Update", and it was there!
...Then it failed... Clicking it again gave me "(5.1.1) is the current version." Again, in Spokane.

"The operating system arrives as the golden master build 10A403 for existing devices, and Apple has also posted a special 10A405 build for the iPhone 5 and a 10A406 build for the upcoming fifth-generation iPod touch."

Nothing in UK, at least for the new iPad, but I would assume it released on all devices in a region at the same time.

Download requirements for both my iPad and iPhone were vastly different.
Under 700MB for my iPad 2 but for my iPhone 4s it wanted 2.5GB of space. Looks like my iPhone is getting the full clean install while my iPad gets the Delta update. Both are already in action so I'm using my BlackBerry PlayBook to use the forums.

In D.C. - iPad 3 is downloading, iPhone 4s is not. Odd.

It could take hours for the update to propagate to all devices. I think we all just need to be patient and pass the time by clicking refresh on our UPS tracking page.

I've been running iOS 6 Beta on mine, and it's been fine.
