Nah, Orange/T-Mobile customers seem to have had their network changed to EE. They haven't offered their LTE contracts yet.

For the Home screen: I moved everything off of the bottom row to give me a clear space to swipe and keep the dock down to just 3 apps (I like to keep things simple), it just so happened to keep the apps above the hill too.
