Anyone having to activate your iOS 6 device every time you change your simcard?

I use many sim cards from different carriers and with iOS5 and iPhone 4 it wasn't necessary to activate the device each time I changed the simcard, now with my new iPhone 5 it asks me to activate every single time a new sim card is inserted.

Is this now a normal thing? can it be changed somehow?

If anyone have a solution please help me out!

Yeah that doesn't seem to work for me, I hope it is just something related to this version of iOS6 and that it goes away on the next revision.

I have tried to restore as new, restore it with different SIM cards in and so far nothing works.
