Can you recommend a free website builder program?

I need to get a simple web site up. The software can be windows or os x. thanks!

how simple? you could do it with TextEdit, depending upon how much code you know.

I dont want to brush up on my html...i just need a maybe a 3 page site...home/contact us/about us with a really simple template..thanks for the quick responses

Do a search for rapidweaver, they aint free, but the trail allows you to make a 4 page site

I know I'm digging up an old post, but I thought I'd just post here for others to use as resource....

Came across a free web authoring tool for mac.... apparently by the same makers of NVU.
