Looks nice, we will probably see it on the 23rd.Hopefully it won't be at $1699, which is about $200 more than it should be...

So you expect this to sell for the same price as the $1499 13" Macbook Air which has a 1.8Ghz ultra low voltage CPU, 4GB memory, and a 1440x900 display?

Looks like it'll be supporting 3x external displays like the 15" model - deffo a contender for a replacement for the iMac and Mac Pro (for those that are happy using Thunderbolt or USB3 drives or who dont need multiple expansion options)

$1699 is right when you compare it with the MacBook Air. Remember, the base processor in the 13" Pro is faster than the i7 option in the Air. Plus, the Retina Display is a lot nicer, although it has less usable room (being 2x 1280x800 vs 1440x900 on the 13" Air). The 13" Air with i7/256GB/4GB RAM is $1599.

Why does Apple even bother to hold a Media Event.By the time it starts we will know what they are going to tell us anyway. Yes, I know I am on a rumors site, bla, bla, whatever, I just want some surprises to be left over for the actual event. Is that really so much to ask for?

![]() And does the inclusive of two Thunderbolt ports and an HDMI port point to a discrete GPU? Can an HD4000 really push three monitors by itself? |

I've read some rumors pointing to an integratedGPU-only rMBP. And I think that will be the case.
Hey guys ¿Do you see those batteries? ¿how long do you think the battery-life will be? And talking about batteries... This kind of batteries are glued to the chassis of the MBP ¿right? ¿Do you know if Apple has a battery replacement service for this kind of MacBook Pro? In the Genius bar, I mean. |
