iPhone 4 works only with one sim card

I have iphone 4 16gb 6.0 factory unlocked, normally I am using three IE sim card, I tried to use another mobile provider sim card and I see sim card failure... I' ve checked 5-6 sim cards vodafone, tesco, o2, even another sim card from three IE network and doesn't work as well, all this cards works on another iphone 4 unlocked software 5.1
I did restore and no change?! I did restore with inserted another card for example vodafone works fine but as well only with this one card?!
I' ve been trying find out what is wrong, after 2-3 restore give up!

Does anyone had the same issue?

100% is unlocked

Did work before 6.0 update, I did use two polish sim cards before and did use this iphone over one year in o2 then I moved to three. Now does not work even with another sim card from the same network, only one card works!
