automatically import table dates/times into iCal?

I would love to be able to have some type of code whether it be applescript or xcode (an application built) to basically automatically pull the dates and times out of a table from a source of a website and import them into iCal.

My normal process for getting my schedule is something like this:

Go to workwebsite.com
log in with user/pass
pop up says "use supported browsers!" - hit ok
click on "my schedules"
click on "this months schedule"

I looked at the source of the page and it is in a very simple HTML table format which I can post if need be. But curious if anyone has any thoughts on doing this??
