Having a hard time. pre-ordered 4 iPhone 5's, 32g on 9/17. Still waiting. Staff at RS very nice but not getting the phones and they don't seem to be able to figure out why. Last week, they asked me to call Verizon (set up service as we are switching from T-mo) and Verizon said they have approved the application but it is up to RS to get the phones and then they will activate the verizon service. I have the VZN iconic device reservation # and a pre-order confirmation # but I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?
