Magic bullet looks 2 changes the colouring slightly after render in Final Cut Pro 7
As the title says after i have applied the colour grading in magic bullet looks 2 it stays how I wanted it until I render the footage then it gets darker. I have attached 2 photos one before render and one after the render, its not a massive difference but I would rather not have to correct it every time. Is there anyway to correct this? Any help would be appreciated.

It's probably linked to a discrepancy in gamma settings between your footage and the sequence settings. FCP7 will show the original media when it's dropped into a sequence, and once rendered will switch to the sequence gamma.
You can try different gammas in the source clip settings: control-click or right-click on the media files and look for the gamma setting, right-click on the value to change it. |
