MP4 to ISO - How?

I don't have a superdrive in my MBP as I replaced the optical with an SSD as I never used it. Typical, but 6 months after doing this I know need it to burn a DVD to post to my folks back in the UK to show them there granddaughter.

I have a video done in iMovie and have exported it as an MP4. How can I convert this to an ISO in DVD format so that I can then put on a USB stick and take to work to burn it?
