Just upgraded Mac mini base 2012

Just upgrade my base model late 2012 Mac mini to 16gb ram ($80)... What SSD should I install next.

I use the OWC Extreme Pro 6g 480gb x2 in a raid 0. It's paired with the Magma ExpressBox 3T which comes with 3 PCIe slots for 1 video card, red rocket and sas controller. Edit 4k video

I'll be in your boat next week... er same boat... um shoes? 😀 Anyway, i'll be ordering a 128gb Sammy 830 for my base mini.
