The timely, powerful photograph gives credence to the smartphone as a useful, capable camera. Nice work. Congratulations. I have a sense of admiration conflicting with jealousy.

It's amazing just how many people carry an image-taking device, 24/7, meaning they've got their phone to hand even when they've left their bulky DSLRs at home. Of course, those photographers who tote their DSLRs will have both the opportunity to get the pix and better technical quality...
