iKlear: grey or blue one with rMBP?

Hi,

got the iKlear cleaning kit, but I'm not shure which of the cloths I have to use cleaning my glossy screen?

the grey one (which side) or the blue one?

Maybe anyone can help?
 
I'm not sure if what I'm doing it right but I spray iklear solution on the blue one, wipe the screen then I flip it over to dry. I use the grey one for final shine. This may help you

But the grey one has two different structures! which side are you using?
