iPad Dropping Hotspot Connection After Screen Lock
I am tethering my iPad 2 to my iPhone 4 via WiFi. Both devices are running iOS5. When my iPad goes to the lock screen, it losses the connection. I have to go back to my iPhone, turn the Hotspot to off then on, then reconnect my iPad. This is a pain since I have to keep my iPad from locking in order to maintain the Hotspot connection. I guess the other option would be to disable lock screen but that leaves my iPad vulnerable to unauthorized access. Anyone have similar issues and a way to fix this?
Thanks

Bump.
I'm also finding this on my new mini. I had a nexus 7 previously and they would maintain the connection even after hours of not using either. The connection would only drop out if the two devices were too far apart to maintain it.
