After effects 3d camera layers?

Hi, sorry to bug. Say I finished creating my video scenes in AE, is it best to work on 3d camera controls in-between the project or after?

it depends on what you are trying to do....

if you are using the camera to go between scenes then you would do it in a final comp made up of all your sub comps.

If you are animating separate scenes is better to do it in each scene as the camera effects all 3d layers in the comp. It will also keep a cleaner project and increase the speed of your workflow.
