Shapeshifter was really the only decent way, but this is not yet Leopard-compatible.

Yeah I downloaded it but it's not working
 I have some questions.. 1. is it safe if I deleted all files inside of my "Downloads" folder? 2. How to change dock???

I have no idea and I am new to Macs :P I switched about two weeks back to my Macbook.
