Return Address for AT&T iPhone 5

Due to cosmetic defects, I need to return the original iPhone 5 since I already received another one for replacement. However, the address on the return label is weird to me:

Smartlabel Returns
Parcel Return Service
Bulk Mail Center
56901

Is this correct? I went to the local AT&T store, but they said I must return it through mail.

BTW: I ordered iPhone 5 through AT&T website.
