It must be USA only as it is not visible as yet in the UK App Store 😕

just checked on iTunes itself and on the AppStore on the iPad and nothing. (US account)

I think OP is talking about the iPhone version. I just checked App Store (iPad section) and Youtube app isn't there. (U.S)

I also could not find the iPad Youtube app (US).

I've been using Jasmine and it's been great.
