I have a Fiio E17 and it is very good for the money, it drives my Hifiman HE-400 planers great. There are better portable headphones amps out there but be prepared to fork out the $$$ What cans are you looking at driving?

Yeah, neither of those need an amp. Most portable headphones/IEM's don't. Take that $200 and get better headphones instead.
