unzipping multiple files on mac?
Hi
What program do I use to to unzip a file that's been separated into different parts? I don't mean unzipping multiple different files simultaneously. It's a 4GB video file that my friend has separated into 5 parts, usually on PC with WinZip you can just right click extract and the five parts will be put back together as that one big video file again, but I don't know how to do it on a Mac OS. I currently only have iZip, tried it didn't work. Is there any other program I can use to unzip them? After all I can just use a USB and bring them back to my PC and unzip there but I will want them back on my Mac so the transferring is just pure hassle I would love to be able to just unzip them here. Thanks! |

You should be able to simply double-click the first part and it will auto-extract them all. If not, take a look at The Unarchiver.
