Not normal. Take to Apple Store. Hopefully you are within 30 days. Well even if you aren't you will at least get a refurb.

sorry to be of any annoyance but i got 2 questions:

1) i got my iphone 5 off of ebay, everythin is perfectly fine with it except that minor detail which im still not sure if its normal or not

2) the next time ill be around any actual "genius bar" wont be till mid july, would they still replace it to me then?

Well if it is normal my phone isn't normal. I don't really know how getting a replacement works on a phone you aren't the original purchaser on.

well some people say its normal that its jst a different batch of screens, mine was one of the first 2 weeks.

others say that its a glue issue and it will it get better with time, i really wish i can show u a pic but its not that evident, its jst SLIGHTLY darker, i also noticed that on my iphone 4 but i never actually noticed it for the 2 years i had it until i got the i5 !!

If you want to be sure. You will have to either find someone else with an iPhone 5 and compare or go to a store that has them on display. I know the phone is supposed to have an evenly lit screen. This is somethign I would definitely notice though because I mainly use my iPhone for watching tv shows in bed before sleeping.
