I've never been big into sunglasses, but now that I have to wear contacts every day I've been really wanting a nice replacement for my too-cheap sunglasses.

I've also always been against Oakley because I don't usually enjoy looking like a "Bro." BUT, I tried on the "Eyepatch 2" today and had to have 'em. Matte black w/black iridium lenses.

Now to find a case. I can't believe Oakley is charging $20-$30 for cases! Might have to look at Pelican... :)

Like so many others. £32.99 at Sainsburys if you spend £30 on anything else (hence the razor blades). The cookies are for my team at work!

Replacing the clunky old non-smart TV in the bedroom with a new LED smart unit...I really started noticing the picture difference since I got the Sony for the lounge.

How do you like the headset? I've heard mixed reviews about that one. Had thought about those or the Turtle Beach PX5's.

I really like them. I can't compare them to other headsets as these are the first ones I've owned. But the simplicity fo the setup, great sound and kicking bass makes these pretty awesome for me.

Been wanting one for decades; just today, I finally purchased this Hasselblad 503CW with the Zeiss Sonnar CF T* f/4 - 150 mm lens and the [auto] Winder CW/Grip with remote.

Very happy! :)

So jealous of the recent MF love... I want a Contax 645 so bad... As well has Rolleiflex TLR... Id be lying if I said I didn't also want a Hassy... So many cameras I would love to own. Oh and a Leica!!! OMG A LEICA!!!! hahaha

My EOS-1V HS is feeding my film crave as of lately. It's great being able to use my large investment of L lenses.

It's a great time for Medium Format photography; seems it's making a big comeback! Fuji released their new GF670 Medium Format Rangefinder camera just a couple of years ago and now, for a cheap and easy way to get into MF, the Lomography people just released this new Belair X camera (which is also my latest purchase along with my new Hasselblad.) The Belair can take auto-exposed, 6x12 medium format panorama shots!

Time Warner Modem Replacement

Since I am charged a new rental fee for the Time Warner modem I have had a few years. I am buying a better modem that will be paid off quicker.

Rental charges are $3.95 + $0.46 for fees and taxes.
Bought a used Motorola for around $40. Will get 2 month savings for 12 month period and then free after that.

Never seen this fee coming. Maybe a little warning for other Time Warner subscribers.
