i get THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I WATCH HD VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM I LOSE 4-10MB OF DATA FOR EVERY VIDEO I WATCH SERIOUSLY APPLE NEEDS TO GET THEIR **** TOGETHER, I ONLY HAVE A LIMITED DATA PLAN THAT I USE ONLY FOR EMERGENCY USE SUCH AS LOOKING UP THE NEAREST PLACE TO BUY FRENCH TOAST THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE OUTRAGE I BET THIS WOULDNT HAPPEN ON A SAMSUNG OR HTC OR EVEN A NOKIA BUT ONLY APPLE IM MAKING A GENIUS APPOINTMENT AND DEMANDING A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND BECAUSE SERIOUSLY I EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO *USE* MY PHONE NOT JUST WORRY ABOUT GOING OVER MY DATA PLAN BECAUSE OF ALL THE VIDEOS I WATCH

This is too funny. I"ll give the OP the benefit of the doubt that MAYBE they are using FB approx the SAME amount as they always do but noticed the new FB update 'uses' more data.

I've kept the old FB apps on my other devices bc I hate the new one. I HATE how when you click on a photo...it does that stupid 3 spin to open in a new window. NOT NECESSARY. even 5 updates ago I thought the app was fine. I also hate the new twitter interface.

I like it simple. If I want the full version or all these crazy spins and new windows, I'll open it in a browser or something!

Do you mean storage usage? Setting > General > Usage?

If you do then just delete the FB app and reinstall it. I've seen mine at 800mb lol. Reinstalled it and it way less then 100mb.

Wooooh calm down their chief!! You don't "lose" 4-10mb of data, you gain an awesome or not so awesome video! PLUS you shouldn't need to look up the best place for french toast.... If you take your FT as serious as I do you already know all the best spots.
