iPhoto Smart Albums and Photostream Uploads

Greetings All,
I am trying to get a smart album in iPhoto to automatically update into Photostreams for my iPhone and iPad.

For example, I have a Smart Album in iPhoto called 5 star photos. As soon as I tag photo with 5 stars, it goes in there automatically.

I shared that album into Photostream and it becomes a static album. When new "5 Star Photos" are added in iPhoto to my 5 star photo album, they don't update in my Shared Photostream and I have to manually add them.

Anybody have any work arounds for this?

I'm looking to do the same thing but have not had any luck. did you ever find a solution?

I'm also looking to do this. I want to have a Shared Photos Stream with my last 12 month's photos. Essentially, it's a Smart Shared Photo Stream.

This is the last thing I need for me to stop sync'ing with iTunes...
