Apple spend more time counting their money than actually making working products

Imessage, maps... What else next

I'm currently TDY to an area with, let's say, less than stellar cell service (ATT) and am relying on iMessage (GV for my non-iphone contacts) via wifi.

So yeah, it's pretty inconvenient. Don't think anyone said the world is ending because of it. But way to be dramatic. If it's not an issue to you, why bother posting?

iMessage down?

It is down for anyone else? It's not working for me in Utah, my Dad in Arizona, or my friend in California, so it seems fairly widespread.

Same here. My wife's phone wasn't working, so I turned iMessage off then on. It won't sign in, and says there's no network connection. Same on my phone.

Behaving oddly for me, too. Messages from my wife are coming in as iMessages but will only reach her as SMS.

Of course if there had been NO outage message, people would've been all OH MY GOD APPLE WON'T EVEN ADMIT THERE'S A PROBLEM.

Down in the UK too. For once, Crapple have updated their iCloud service status page to reflect that it's down YET AGAIN!

If you really think that's true, then stop giving them money. Not only will it no longer be your problem, but you'll also help solve it.
