iPad Mini: Stain the poly dark grey Smart Cover black

It's amazing to me that apple didn't do a black Smart Cover especially with a black ipad mini. I'd like to stain it somehow to be black. Do you have any idea of what product I could use?

Thats the only reason you want a black color case???

If you want durability, i suggest Moshi concerti for Ipad mini. Pricey but worthed. Apple cases are way overpriced for the quality you get.

An eBay seller has 3rd party black Mini Smart Covers for 15 bucks a pop from China. It's probably the same price you'd spend on dyes and/or paint. I'd try one of those before I dyed my Smart Cover.

None yet that I've seen. For the record, I didn't order one. But for 15, it's not a bad loss if it stinks.
