Remote access to Time Capsule

I had recently bought the time capsule and has successfully connected to the internal HDD at home using my windows XP, iphone and ipad. By using Filebrowser, I am able to access my files inside the HDD.
However, if I am not at home out of my network.. how can I access the internal HDD eg. through the internet?
Can someone advise some help on this?

Via the airport util, if i remember correctly you can setup WAN sharing access.
