Apple tv 2 using two screens?

Hi everyone,
need some advice, i want to connect my 46in sony tv and my optoma hd67n projector to my atv2. Is this possible and is there a way of keeping settings for both screens? Any help would be brilliant!
I do not want to run them together, will only be used separately.
