Zooming on Chrome throws off text

Not technically a Mac issue, but I know someone will know the answer.

I've never had this problem until a few weeks ago. When I have the zoom at 100%, everything scales fine. When I zoom closer though, the text inside boxes gets thrown off. I must have hit some type of setting totally unaware. Safari scales fine.

Take a look at the two screenshots to see what I'm talking about (look at the "log in" box). Knew someone here would know what to do, haha.

No one? This is driving me crazy, lol.

I've already tried re-installing Chrome, re-setting cookies, deleting history, etc...
