Folks are always on here testifying to bad experiences with Apple, so I thought I'd post a good experience.
Last night we rented a move but were only able to watch less than 10 minutes b/c something is afoot with our internet connection rendering it too slow to download a movie rental.
I emailed iTunes Support this morning requesting an extension of the 24 hour deadline to watch the movie once it has begun. The worst they could do was say no.
Within an hour, I received an email stating that they refunded our $4.99, even though it is not their normal policy.
