My sister got my brother-in-law an iPhone 5 for Christmas. Per UPS, it should be here by Tuesday of next week (12/4). He already knows what he's getting and he said that he'd rather wait until Christmas to receive it. I said this probably wasn't a good idea. The phone was an upgrade from his account, my sister just paid for it. So, basically, is there a certain time that a phone has to be activated? In this case, it would be roughly 3 weeks late from receipt of phone if he does do it on Christmas.
