Best site ripper for OS X?

Let's say I want to download all the *.jpgs from a site that shares images. How can I spider the site and just download those files?

Does that download EVERYTHING or just selective files or extensions?

Why don't you download it and see what it can do? Even the screenshots in the MAS will be able to answer your question. Yes, it can do both.

I used to do this on a regular basis, though I don't very often any more. I used an app called iMeMiner. It wasn't perfect, but it was satisfactory and it was free.
