Adding jitter in iMovie 11

How, in the name of Britney Spears, does on add a jitter effect to a clip in iMovie 11?

I'm making an oldish effect to my video, and want to add jitter, but can't figure it out.

Surely this can't be difficult? Am I missing something?
 
You can't. The only effects that you have are in the Video Effects panel. Jitter doesn't appear in the Help files either.
