iTunes 11: iCloud Sync Not Working

I am wondering if anyone has had luck with iCloud syncing in iTunes 11? I have tried various solutions people have posted, from making sure crossfade is checked off, to making sure "sync playback information across devices" is checked on, but still no luck. While my iOS devices will recognize, for instances, my podcasts, there is no luck with recognizing them on my Mac. If I watch a show on my Apple TV, iTunes will not note the change.

As an iTunes Match subscriber, I'm used to inconsistent play counts, but I'm wondering if anyone is having the same problems since the iTunes 11 upgrade?
