hi. i want to change my apple id from @me.com to @icloud.com
i follow the instruction from here http://support.apple.com/kb/HE40
but there no edit option when i open my account.

anyone?

For whatever reason, Apple does not allow users to change their Apple ID username if it is a @mac.com or @me.com ID:

Can I change the name of my Apple ID?

Yes. For example, if you get a new email address, you can change your Apple ID from your old address to your new address. For more information, follow the steps in this article.

Note: @mac.com and @me.com Apple IDs cannot be renamed.

If the address is in use then it's in use, whether or not you have an account.

If I'm understanding correctly, the ID is in use by the OP. However, since their ID was originally a @me.com ID, they cannot create a new @icloud.com equivalent since one has already been assigned to them (on an alias-like basis).

So, assuming the above is accurate, I believe the question is if you can cancel your existing @me.com Apple ID and then re-create it "from scratch" as an @icloud.com ID. If that's right, then I'm guessing the answer is no but you'd be better off confirming with Apple.
